This is a party-sized prepared mix that's loaded with essence associated with Christmas time, which makes it perfect for a holiday party. Save the extra cordial for brunch beverages, sweets, or to mix additional servings of the drink.

Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Premix (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Cordial: Put the listed ingredients into a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, turn off the heat and let it to cool down entirely. Decant into an sealable bottle, seal keeping it in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
For the Premix: Combine every liquids into a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it best through a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base into a stirring glass packed with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to chill. Filter to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and complete it using a light spray with the mandarin essence over the drink.
